Shipping and returns

Shipping
- Every jacket gets free express shipping: Australia Post within Australia, DHL Express everywhere else.
- Orders are packed by us and dispatched from Sydney within 1–2 business days. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
- Outside Australia, duties and import taxes on jacket orders are paid by us. The price at checkout is what you pay.
- Other orders in Australia: free standard shipping over $100.

Change of mind: 30 days, return shipping on us
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to send it back for a refund. We pay the return shipping, in Australia and internationally.
Try it on at home, over your layers. To be refunded, items need to come back unwashed, in as-new condition, with tags attached.

How to return
1. Email hello@sbhyalpine.com with your order number and what you're sending back.
2. We'll email you a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off or book a pickup as the label instructions say.
3. Once it arrives and we've checked it, we refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Want a different size? Return the one you have and place a new order, or email us and we'll help sort it out.

Faulty items
If something arrives faulty, not as described, or the wrong item, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right. Faulty items are never treated as change of mind.

Your legal rights
If you're in the UK, the EU or Norway, you also have a legal right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of delivery. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or the consumer law where you live.

Final sale items
Items marked Final Sale aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns. They're still covered if they're faulty.

Purchases elsewhere
We can only accept returns for items bought from sbhyalpine.com.
